By ticking the box and completing and submitting the contact form, I expressly consent to having my personal data processed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Czech Data Protection Act (Act No. 101/2000 Coll.) by NEWTON Media, a.s., with its seat at 14000 Prague 4, Na Pankráci 1683/127, Czech Republic, ID No. 28168356, entered in the Commercial Register kept with the Prague Municipal Court in Section B, File No. 12446, within the scope set out in this contact form, for the purpose of circulation of commercial messages within the meaning of Sec. 7 (2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services. NEWTON Media, a.s. may inform you via phone or e-mail of the products and services which it offers, and invite you to work with them. This consent is being given for an unlimited period of time, until its revocation. The data processor will be NEWTON Media, a.s. Among other rights, you have a right to access your personal data, to demand that inaccurate data be corrected, and to be informed about the manner in which your data is being processed; if you have doubts as to whether your data may be processed in conflict with the law, you have the right to bring the matter before the Czech Data Protection Office. We will never make your personal data available to any third party, and will always treat it as confidential.
