Our People

Newton’s culture is one of the many spheres we are really proud of. We believe that the right people are crucial for creating the right atmosphere; therefore, when choosing new colleagues we put much emphasis on their character. We do not manage the company in a directive manner but give each other space to express themselves on the individual goals or projects within the company. We rightly say: “it is punk sometimes, but it’s worth it”. 🙂
